The right to decline any commissions, and revisions, I feel uncomfortable with at any time.

To adjust and change TOS, artist rights, availability, prices at any time. [active waiting clients will receive a notice of changes to the agreement]

Post WIP, finished products to websites, subscription pages, and brand associated social media as examples of work.

Not-reply except for posted times of availability.

Refund the Client if the Artist no longer feel comfortable working with the Client.

Blacklist Past or current clients for breaking T.O.S

Blacklist current or previous clients if they publicly share Artist's work or non-commercial designs that include promotion of subjects such as, but not limited to; Sexualized, Suggestive art with children and/or animals 'feral', hate speech & racism in any context.

The Client may request privatization of the artwork during, before, or anytime after the project's finish. This will remove any post on public and subscription based platforms of the artwork [wip and finished pieces.]

[Projects will be noted within Trello via text for Client + Artist ability to track progress]

The Client may edit the artwork for personal use at any time, as long as the Watermark or signature is completely visible, and it was stated that edits were made to the original art.

The Client may display any of the artist's work on external sites as long as there is a visible credit to the artist. This also includes keeping the artist's logo on the image that can be easily seen and read.

The client may use any image or artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, wallpapers, profiles, private commission collections, discord servers, curated galleries.

The client reserves the right to print any images for personal use ONLY.

The client will not claim any of the artist's work as their own.

The client may not sell or profit off of any images made by the artist, this includes making or distributing merchandise, or NFTs.

Accepted Payment types will l only be accepted through PayPal [USD]. Other payment types will be available when advertised.

Upfront payment is REQUIRED unless otherwise discussed beforehand

Payment plans are only offered after $300.00 [USD]

The complexity fee will be based on the design or concept of the piece and will be discussed with the client before payment.

Client is responsible for tax

If refunded, no full files will be shared with The client unless already finished [in cases of multi-piece order refunding]

If the Project is started in any way before the refund request [based on request date] the withheld amount will reflect as such PER PIECE and how much each piece in a project is finished.

If a Project is 75% finished, no refunds will be processed

Once the Client and Artist reach an agreement and the payment is made, Unless with an additional rush/deadline fee, commissions may take up to 8 weeks depending on the length of the queue. It will be posted both on the updates section of my Trello and sent to your personal contact about any delays within the process.

The Client will reach out with the required form filled out. [or will be contacted if a ych spot claimed]

The client will receive an Invoice via PayPal from the Artist.

Unless discussed prior, Payment must be made withing 3 days of receiving the invoice.

The Client will receive a WIP both when the preliminary sketch is finished and when the Clean sketch process is finished. Unlimited revisions are available in the first sketch phase. All major pose and expressions are final once I start the lin line art is
